Prior to that, he was involved in the Lord of the Rings Saga (IR Capital markets at Polyus - top 3 global gold mining company, LSE listed ($10+bn Market Cap at IPO).
Roman is a diversified professional, who started career with classic valuation business in Deloitte and later got an operational experience in Data Science. As a next step in his career development, Roman moved to VC and tried himself in both Sell side and Buy Side advisory - total amount of sell-side deals under management amounted to +$150 mln. In addition to this, he is managing a business angel club with 100+ members.
Sofiya is an aspiring specialist with a degree in business valuation in the digital economy. She provides administrative support and analytics for leading team projects and has extensive experience in working with clients.

Eli is a diversified professional having experience both in corporate finance and VC. Always passionate about trying something new, Eli tried himself in classic advisory firms - PwC and UBS, then going through a bunch of investment boutiques and established tech companies, raising large rounds for them or even doing M&A on their behalf.
Anastasia is a driven professional whose experience lies in the fields of corporate finance and financial reporting. She began her career at BCG before moving on to work as a financial lead at an established tech company, where she was in charge of the finance function, including setting up management reporting, budgeting, and so on.
